Welcome to Mindfulness Retreats

Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh teaches that we already have more than enough conditions to be happy. In this tour he shows how cooling the flames of craving, anger and fear reduce the stress, anxiety and tension of modern living.

Thich Nhat Hanh returns to the UK 29 March to 10 April 2012, accompanied by monks and nuns from Plum Village. Organised by The Community of Interbeing UK, Thay will be in London to give a public talk at Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall, lead Sit in Peace in Trafalgar Square and a conference-retreat for educators. There will be 5-day retreat for the public from 5-10 April at Nottingham University.

Together we can help create a peaceful, just and sustainable world. Come and hear Thay explain how “We can all become officers of peace no matter what our profession” Thich Nhat Hanh

Following the UK visit, Thay and the monastics will be in Ireland 11 to 15 April, hosted by Mindfulness Ireland.
