15-17 Plum Village NI Retreat 2016: “living deeply, living truly

This is the SECOND retreat led by Plum Village’s Sister Insight at Corrymeela. Sister Insight will be accompanied by THREE other Plum Village Monastics.   She is a Senior Dharma Teacher within the Plum Village Mindfulness tradition.  The weekend will focus on how we can live our daily lives more deeply in order to nourish ourselves and others. Corrymela is set just above the picturesque village of Ballycastle on the stunning North Antrim Coast.

22-24  “Living deeply, living truly” retreat led by Plum Village’s Sr Insight

For the first time ever in Cavan, Sister Insight will lead a weekend mindfulness retreat.  She is a Senior Dharma Teacher within the Plum Village Mindfulness tradition and will be accompanied by THREE other Plum Village Monastics.  The weekend will focus on how we can live our daily lives more deeply in order to nourish ourselves and others. All meals and refreshments from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon are included.

26: Evening of Mindfulness with Sister Annabel Laity in Birmingham

Learn  mindfulness exercises, hear inspirational stories and take home tools to help in your life.  A  wonderful opportunity for people from all cultures, different faiths and none, to come together to experience the transformational practices of mindfulness .  It is open to those with previous experience or new to mindfulness practice.

May 30 – June 3:  The Miracle of Mindfulness ‘Being Peace’ retreat

A Residential Retreat led by Sister Annabel Laity and the Monastic Community of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh .  Offered to the whole family, to experienced or inexperienced practitioners, to people of all faiths and none.  Spend five days  learning and practising ways to live with equanimity towards all life’s challenges and difficulties – mindfulness from the source.
