Mindfulness can be practiced in every aspect of our daily lives. It can help us create calmer and happier lives by being in touch with the wonderful aspects of life and by transforming difficulties. Mindful living can bring benefits to those of all faiths or none and everyone is welcome.
What do we do?
At the Miracle of Mindfulness we offer introductory courses, monastic led retreats and advanced retreats to support you to enjoy mindful living in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. We are part of the Community of Interbeing (charity number 1096680) and our intention is to make the benefits of mindful living available to as many people as possible, including children who are welcome on our family friendly retreats.
