Prices

While the retreat is non-residential, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are included.

It is our intention that this retreat is accessible to the widest possible range of people involved in education. A Reduced rate is offered for student teachers, teaching assistants and low-waged youth workers. The Optional Donor rate provides a way to support others on lower incomes.

Standard rate £230 (Optional Donor rate of £280 enables us to offer more reduced rate places)

Reduced rate £180: part time teachers, student teachers, teaching assistants and low-waged youth workers.

Registration is limited to those who can participate in the whole retreat.

International bookings and payments

Please book and pay online by credit or debit card in Pounds sterling. We do not have facilities for accepting foreign currencies. Your card issuer will pay us in sterling and charge you in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact the Educators’ Retreat Bookings Team by email or post as soon as possible, so that if needed we can offer your place to someone else.  We regret we cannot accept cancellations by phone.

Refunds depend on the date of cancellation as follows:

Notice of cancellation	Refund amount
On or after 6 January until 29 February	50% refund; 50% cancellation fee
On or after 1 March	No refund

All participants are advised to consider taking out travel insurance to provide cover for cancellation due to illness or accident.

No refunds are payable for late arrivals or early departures.

In the event of Thich Nhat Hanh being unable to lead the retreat, it is our intention that the event will still take place, led by the monks and nuns of Plum Village, with the assistance of senior members of The Community of Interbeing. No additional refunds to those described above will be made in this eventuality and you agree to this by making a booking.
