**    Low income places: these places are intended for those who have a low household income and we are only able to offer a limited number. We are not requiring any evidence of low income, so we rely on your judgement, remembering that, if you can afford the standard price because of income or savings, then that generously saves a low income place for someone else. We offer the following guidelines to help you to think deeply about this:

  • Household income means the combined gross annual income of all adults that live in your home.
  • Income means gross annual income from any source – including pension, wages and other earned income, tax credits and allowances, maintenance, investments, dividends, bank or building society interest.
  • As a guideline, low income for one adult living alone is considered to be under £16,000 per year and low income for two adults living together is under £20,000. For every child add £4,000 per year.

Booking Online

Online Booking closes at 8am on 31 March 2012

Please book online if you can. Payment is by debit or credit card via a secure payments system. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Switch/Maestro cards are accepted.  See Privacy statement.

Full-time students and those receiving income related benefits – please book online and send a copy of evidence of your qualifying income related means (see above) or student card by post to: Nottingham Retreat 2012, 13 Everswell Road, Fairwater, Cardiff CF5 3DH. If we do not receive this within 7 days, we regret that your booking will be cancelled, and your money returned, minus a £30 administration fee.

If you are disabled and coming with a Personal Assistant, it will be very helpful if you both book at the same time, as a ‘group’. This will help us to make sure you have adjacent bedrooms. You will pay for both people in one payment. Your confirmation will have a link to an itemised receipt. If you have already booked, and you want to book a place for your Personal Assistant, you can ‘add’ that person to your ‘group’ by following the link in your confirmation email.

Please note that, once you have booked and paid, you cannot make any changes to your booking, except to add another person to your ‘group’. If you need any assistance with your booking, please contact the Bookings Team.
