What Happens Next

Booking confirmation

  • If you booked online, you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards.
  • If you booked by post, we will email a confirmation to you if you give us an email address. Otherwise we will post a confirmation and receipt – this may take at least three weeks.

Please keep the confirmation for your records, and quote your booking reference number if you need to contact us.

To change your booking details or add someone to your ‘group’

If you booked online

  • To change your booking details (such as your address, or special requirements) please contact the Bookings team.  If you are booked with someone else, as a ‘group’, please ask the original booker to make any changes for you by contacting the Bookings team.
  • If you have already booked, and you want to book a place for your personal assistant, you can ‘add’ that person to your ‘group’ by following the link in your confirmation email
  • For any changes after Saturday 31st March 2012, please contact the Bookings Team.

If you booked by post:

To change your booking details, or to add anyone to your ‘group’, please contact the Bookings Team by email or write to Nottingham Retreat 2012, 13 Everswell Road, Fairwater, Cardiff CF5 3DH.

Joining instructions

From early March 2012, you will be able to download Joining Instructions and more information about the retreat, like what to bring, and how best to prepare in order to enjoy the experience to the full. Meanwhile, you can find start and end times on the Retreat Registration page.

If you booked by post, and did not give us an email address, we will post you joining instructions.
